A simulation of
movement created by displaying a series of pictures, or frames. Cartoons on
television is one example of animation. Animation on computers
is one of the chief ingredients of multimedia presentations.
3D:is the
projecting of two-dimensional pictures one after the other which are
rendered in the means of width, length and depth in the space supplied by
computer software’s. 3-d computer animation has some characteristics that
are different from the traditional animation in terms of method and
techniques.
2D:
computer
graphics is the computer based generation of digital- images mostly from
two-dimensional models (such as 2D geometric models, text, and digital
images) and by techniques specific to them. 2D computer graphics are mainly
used in applications that were originally developed upon traditional
printing and drawing technologies, such as typography, cartography,
technical drawing, advertising, etc.
